  Natali Brown Gonzalez

  Dr. Natali Brown Gonzalez always had an interest in helping people, but she explains that her passion for healthcare accelerated after the passing of her grandparents. “Preventative medicine became my new focus, in hopes that one day I may be able to provide quality care to my patients and allow them to feel comfortable enough to trust me with their care,” she says. Connecting with patients is her favorite part of being a physician. “I think the most important way to create a strong bond is just to listen,” Dr. Gonzalez says. She takes an “integrative approach to healthcare” and always keeps patients’ goals in mind. In her free time, Dr. Gonzalez loves spending time with family. She also enjoys hiking and going to the beach.

  Dalgis Burgos Chang

  At a young age, Dalgis Burgos Chang knew she wanted to follow in her mother’s footsteps to work in healthcare. “I love this profession. I love what I do every day,” she says. Her favorite part of being a family nurse practitioner is developing relationships with patients and seeing their health improve. “Always, I try to understand the patient and their feelings,” she says. She takes pride in providing her senior patients with support and love. “I always try to bring a smile to our consult,” she says. She often reviews new information, so she can up to date with the latest medical advancements. When not with patients, Dalgis Burgos Chang can be found spending time with her family. They love exploring new places and watching movies.

  Lior Elkayam

  MD

  Dr. Lior Elkayam knew at a young age that he wanted to become a physician. “Even my elementary yearbook stated that I was going to become a physician,” he says. Building lasting relationships with his patients is his favorite part of his profession. “I try to see every patient as a family member and try to build that relationship and treat them as such,” he explains. He greatly respects the senior population and is dedicated to providing them with the best possible care. He likes treating the “whole person” rather than just a patient’s ailments. “Treating heart, body, and soul is the goal!” he says. In his free time, Dr. Elkayam enjoys reading, playing tennis, and spending quality time with his family.

  Ia Zagvazdina

  MD

  For as long as Dr. Ia Zagvazdina can remember, she has wanted to help people as a physician. She is dedicated to making “careful, thorough, and thoughtful medical decisions.” She genuinely cares about her patients and always takes the time to attentively and compassionately listen to them. “I let them know that their concerns matter,” she says. She adds, “I would like patients to feel comfortable asking questions at any time.” Her favorite part of her profession is the “ability to diagnose and treat multiple medical conditions.” She loves “encouraging patients to be active particpants in their care plans.” Dr. Zagvazdina enjoys spending her free time with her family. She also likes playing paino, drawing, and watercoloring.

  Yailier R. Milanes Arias

  “At a young age, I discovered my passion to help people to have a better quality of life,” Yailier R. Milanes Arias explains. His favorite part of his profession is building relationships with patients. He particularly enjoys caring for the senior population. He aims to treat his patients with “love and compassion” and adds that he always has a smile on his face. He tries to imagine himself in his patients’ shoes to better help them. “I treat my patients as I would like to be treated by others,” he says. In his down time, Yailier R. Milanes Arias can be found going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with family. He also enjoys meeting new people and organizaing team-building activities at work.
