Its' Intense but Worth It!
The workouts at iLoveKickboxing - Miramar are challenging and fun at the same time. These classes were just what I needed to become more motivated about my fitness goals and for a complete full body workout. The trainers are intense, serious about proper form but are fun and encouraging. They share fitness tips and plan lots of activities each month to create a supportive, energetic and motivating environment. They recently added more classes so there's really no excuse not to be able to fit in a workout at least 3x each week. I highly recommend anyone to join the ILKB family.

Friendly and helpful staff make you feel like family! Love the workouts easy enough to keep up but hard enough for am endurance challenge!

I Love Kickboxing - Miramar is the best!! The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and make the workouts fun! The awesome music helps keep me pumped up; and most importantly the studio is very bright and clean!! I recommend ILKB - Miramar if you want to get that beach body!!

Finally a great a fun way to get in shape!
I’m not the usual gym rat because I easily get bored, once I joined ILKB I have been looking forward to every workout. The coaches always keep me on my toes with different routines every class. Can’t imagine my week with out ILKB

ILoveKickboxing-Miramar
ILKB-Miramar is awesome! Each hour long workout really gets my heart pumping and makes me work up a sweat. No workout is the same and after each one, I feel so proud of myself! The staff members are personable and offer encouragement and guidance. I love the group settings and partner rounds which fosters camaraderie among the members. In just a few weeks, i have already lost inches and I know more is yet to come. I recommend ILKB-Miramar for anyone that wants to have sweaty, heart pumping fun, great music, while working out and achieving results.

Empowerment
I joined ILKB a couple weeks ago and I have never felt more empowered in my life. The staff is wonderful and motivational. I have already started to see the difference in my body and I'm loving the changes. I LOVE Kickboxing!!!!

Best part of my week
The best workout I’ve had in a long time. I’ve been trying to find a gym that I wont get bored of, with the perks of teaching me something new every class. No two classes are ever the same unless you go the same day. I feel like Im still burning calories right after the classes, even when I sleep. Staff isr fantastic and the gym itself is always kept clean and sanitized
