Not informed correctly

I called these guys a an answer to a problem with my mothers sprinkler pump. I asked how much for the service call. The person i spoke to there said it would be $75.00 for 1 hour. So i agreed. What i wasnt told that there would be a travel charge of $47.00. All the electrician did was test the pump and electrical box, that was it. No other work was done. So i called them and i was told they alays charge travel fees on top of the call. that they were sorry. That didnt make me happy. I felt like i was taken in. I am very upset about this and i even asked him if there were any other charges. The electrician was a nice guy, but the company itself was not fair at all.
