• David J. Dreszer, Esq.

  Attorney at Law

  David J. Dreszer, Esq., grew up in San Antonio Texas. A Boston University graduate, he received his degree in Economics and then moved to South Florida in 1996. After attending the University of Miami School of Law, he graduated in 1999. David Dreszer has been practicing law and representing injury victims in Florida since 1999.

• Harmens Marc

  Legal Assistant

  Harmens Marc is a legal assistant at Accident Gurus – A Law Firm, tasked with helping Haitian clients with questions and concerns about their accident cases. Being a Haitian allows Harmens to communicate with clients and help explain complicated situations that might be frustrating. He is a professional with a bachelor’s in biomedical engineering and is currently attending school to become a registered nurse. His background in medicine allows him to understand the severity of client injuries and the treatments they undergo on their way to recovery.

  Paralegal

  Coming from a diverse professional background in the medical, insurance and legal (non-attorney) professions, Ken always enjoyed the privilege of being in the people business. He is a seasoned Paralegal working on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. Worth noting is that Ken is also a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. In addition to his professional work experience, Ken has an M.B.A., B.S. in Business Management, and an A.S. in Surgical Technology. Ken’s diverse background and education create a special synergism that makes him a great asset to our practice and our clients.

• Maribel Triana

  Legal Assistant

  Maribel Triana was born and raised in Cali, Colombia. She attended the University San Buenaventura in Cali, Colombia where she concentrated in legal studies. Prior to coming to the United States, she worked as a branch manager for a bank in Colombia. She has been a legal assistant for the past 12 years. Maribel is most passionate about helping our clients. She believes that clear communication between all parties involved in legal matters helps achieve the best outcomes. She has worked for attorney David J. Dreszer for 6 years, and dedicates herself to providing legal support in any way necessary. She works on both workers compensation matters as well as personal injury cases. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She is married and has one adult daughter.
